Invoices and payment links

Send a link by email or text. Customers pay by card or bank account without calling you.

Deposits and progress payments

Collect part upfront on a larger job and the rest when the work is finished.

Recurring and saved payments

Charge a saved card or bank account on a schedule, with the customer’s permission.

Your accounting tools

Payments should land where you already keep your books. We check which tools connect.

Failed and returned payments

Cards decline and bank payments can be returned. We ask what happens next, and what it costs.

Customer notices

Receipts, reminders, and confirmations so customers know the payment went through.

Card, ACH, or both?

Confirmed before you commit

  • Whether it connects to your invoicing or accounting software
  • ACH availability, plus its fees, limits, and timing
  • How saved payment details are stored, and who holds them

Straight answers, before you commit.

Is ACH cheaper than cards?

Often on larger invoices, but not always free. Providers can charge per payment, monthly, or for returned payments, and funds usually arrive more slowly. We price both for your typical invoice.

Can customers pay an invoice without creating an account?

Many payment-link tools let them, but features differ by provider. We confirm exactly how the customer pays before you commit to one.

Can I charge customers on a schedule?

Often, with a provider that supports saved payments and the customer’s permission. We confirm both, plus what happens when a scheduled payment fails.

Can I keep my accounting software?

Possibly. It depends on which tools connect to the provider. We check your software’s supported payment options and tell you if anything would need to change.
