Offer terms.

1. The short version

The Free Website Build waives the build fee for qualifying new merchant accounts and requires provider approval and a written scope. Hosting and ongoing edits start at $69 per month. Third-party fees and work beyond the written scope may cost extra. Nothing here guarantees approval, savings, or results.

Separately, qualifying merchants may receive an implementation credit of up to $5,000 toward an agreed Haestus scope. Eligibility, scope, timing, and credit value are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Who provides the offers

These offers are presented by PayPro in partnership with Haestus (haestus.dev), PayPro’s development partner, which delivers the work. PayPro helps you compare providers and set up the payment relationship. Each service is provided under the terms described here and in your written scope.

3. Free Website Build: eligibility

To qualify, you must open a new merchant account through PayPro with a payment provider you choose, and that provider must approve the account. PayPro and Haestus confirm in writing whether you qualify and what scope applies. Meeting one condition does not guarantee the others.

4. What the Free Website Build includes

The design and build of the website described in your written scope, delivered by Haestus. For qualifying merchants there is no charge for the build itself.

5. What it does not include

• Work outside the written scope, which may be quoted separately and may cost extra.
• Third-party costs such as domain names, software subscriptions, licenses, stock media, and payment-provider fees.
• Hosting and ongoing edits, which are priced below.
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice.

These offers are not a course or training program.

6. Hosting and ongoing edits

Hosting and ongoing edits start at $69 per month. Hosting and edits are a separate cost from the build, and the price that applies to you is stated in writing before work begins.

7. Written scope and timing

Before any work begins, Haestus provides a written scope that states what will be built, what is excluded, what you pay, and the expected timing. There is no fixed start or delivery date until a scope is agreed in writing. Timing depends on provider approval and on the materials and decisions you supply.

8. Implementation credit (up to $5,000)

Qualifying merchants may receive a credit of up to $5,000 toward an agreed Haestus scope, such as automation, an AI phone assistant, an internal tool, AI setup, or implementation training. The credit:

• Applies only after eligibility, scope, timing, and credit value are confirmed in writing.
• Is a credit toward an agreed Haestus scope.
• Is separate from the Free Website Build.

The credit is “up to” $5,000. The value that applies to you is the amount confirmed in writing.

9. No guarantees

PayPro and Haestus do not guarantee that a provider will approve your account, that you will save money, or that a website or automation will produce a particular result. Estimates and illustrations are not quotes.

10. Changes and ending

PayPro and Haestus may change or end these offers. A change does not affect a scope you have already agreed to in writing.

11. Compensation disclosure

PayPro may receive compensation from the payment provider you choose. Your payment review remains free, and we explain any separate fees before you agree to them.
